Baabarr (Soham) is a dreaded criminal who started from the streets of Amanganj. Traumatizing one and all, he is on the radar of everyone in the state from the common man to the government. In May 2004, when his reign of terror knew no bounds, the governement summoned a man to an end to it all, an encounter specialist S.P Dwivedi (Chakraborty). But there is more to Baabarr than meets the eye and in order to succeed, the police would need to involve a dreaded adversary of Baabarr called Tabrez (Singh).
